1st Financial Bank  they keep calling even AFTER you set payment arrangements up!!!  Keep harrassing people and no wonder people do not want to pay.

Caller wants says my name, I answer "yes that is my name.  Caller I must give him the last four digits of my ss#
or my date of birth.  I asked why? Caller said to verify.  I said I do not have account with First Financial. Then hung up.

I've gotten about 20 of these calls in the last two weeks. I guess the do not call list is working just fine.

They began calling Monday, June 3rd.  FOUR TIMES A DAY.  We blocked the number.  This same company did this very same thing last year for approximately 3 months straight, all day long except Sunday.  Do you suppose they are real religious?.  We blocked their number but still hear one ring and still see the number displayed on our TV screen (through our cable carrier) and it is annoying.  We have NEVER done business with these people, nor do we owe anyone money.  We pay our credit cards in full every month because we use them for convenience, not wishing to carry large amounts of cash.  I wish there were some way to return their calls 100-fold each time they bother us.  These are clearly ROBO CALLS.  The people who initiate the RoboCalls should be put in a public stockade and dealt with by the people whose lives they constantly interrupt and have absolutely no regard for.  We should treat them the same way they treat us.

These people have absolutely no regard for you or me or any of us.  They push a button that auto-dials.  It's actually less than human.  The Do Not Call List works for honest people, but not these scum of the earth.  I can remember a time when the ringing of a phone was an exciting event in our house.  Excitement and joy has been replaced by suspicion, dread, annoyance and even paranoia because 'welcome' phone calls are so few and the unwanted, overwhelming.

I cannot remember anytime in my life that the "ringing of a phone was an exciting event".  I'm not even sure why it would be an "exciting event".  Now, since this company has been identified, and since they do have an address you can easily stop the calls by sending a (gasp!) letter.  Preferably certified, return receipt.
