received a odd call about serving me and left this number to contact for information, called it sounded very loud in the back round and the man was very rude answering the phone with his name "alan" how can i help you . seems like a scam

Got a call earlier saying they were gonna serve me tomorrow at my home or place of employment but I haven't worked in 10 years plus they had my maiden name and I've been married many years as well... Definitely a scam and not worried about it because any debt I had before I got married which was very little has been cleared for years now.

Received a call earlier today from a "private number" on the caller ID but left this number to return the call to with no name of the company only a file #.  I have not called back yet and not sure that I will.  The caller was Kaylie Williams and she said she was an independent courier with the same message the others have gotten about being served.  Wondering if it's a new scam since it looks like people are just now starting to get called?

This exact thing just happened to me. Nobody calls you before they serve you…right? I should not have anything to be served for anyway.
I’m not calling anybody, if they won’t tell me who they are, I’m NOT CALLING. Guess I’ll see if they “serve me” tomorrow.
