"Larry Manilo" left a message that we "talked before" and that I was eligible for a $1000 cash advance. This is obviously a scam. I never spoke to this individual or anyone associated with this purported company. Do not provide any personal information or accept any solicitation.

got the same call,They lied. Said that we had talked be but never had. Do not call them back it has to be a scam!!!

I have an unlisted phone number and have discovered that JC Penney had provided my number to third parties, wherein I have received similar unwanted calls. Can anyone say class-action lawsuit against JC Penney - talk about violation of privacy!

repeated calls to remove our business have resulted in repeated hangups. unable to reach anyone/speak to anyone. attempts to discuss anything other than money result in hangup every time.

Larry Manillo with Relief Management has left messages for the past 2 nights on our business telephone. Larry says that we have spoken before (no, we haven't) and that we are eligible for a $1000 advance at 0% (that is too good to be true).  This is a recorded message - both of Larry's messages have been identical.  Larry tells us to return the call to 866.259.5406 but our caller id tells us the call came from 562.223.8818.  This is also a scam.  I wish someone could put a stop to Larry before he takes advantage of someone.  Eventually, he will speak with someone in dire straits who will take his offer.  Dispicable.

I keep getting calls from Larry Manilo and others from this number 1-866-259-5406 everyday or every other day. Morning, after, and evening. requested them to stop but they refuse to. I got the number to return the call to ask them to stop calling hang up in my face and will not allow you to talk to a supervisor.

The calls are aggravating and never stops.

Larry Manilo not only calls our station, but has managed to get ahold of our all-page number, sending voicemail to emergency responders duty pagers.  I have phoned requesting to speak to either a manager, owner or Larry himself and am hung up on everytime.  Please remove this hazard from the system.

larry mulino calls leaves a message that Im eligible for a 1000.00. The company he said was Relief Mangement.He said he was sidelined but now had time to give my file 100% of his time. He also said wed talked before I dont remember talking to him. He left the 866 259 5406 as return number twice.

Same guy keeps calling over and over and over but now there is a female voice that calls with the same "we talked before" bull.  I figure they are aiming at the elderly hoping that the "we talked before" will hook someone who is concious of forgetting things.  Like me...  These scumbags should be shut down and locked up.  Reverse search indicates it is a land line provided by Digitcom Services located in Compton, CA.  Without a correct spelling of his name (probably not his name) varied searches don't find anything to note.

I am constantly getting calls from this Larry Menlo from Relief Management at 866-259-5406.  He claims we have spoken before but we never have.  When I called back, I asked 3 times to take my number off their list and was hung up on all three times.  THIS IS A SCAM AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE THEM STOP CALLING PEOPLE!!

I too have tried at least 20 times and got a hang up everytime. You can get farther when they ask if you want to speak weith an agent, then they want to know what kind of debt.

I just want them to stop calling my business and leaving messages everyday.

Been getting the messages.  Called to be removed from the list.  Was hung up on 3 times.  Called again and spoke with "Michelle."  I said:

"Hello, Michelle.  I've been hung up on three times in a row by representatives of your company, are you going to do the same?"

She asked if I wanted to do whatever the heck they're trying sell.

"No.  I would like to speak with a manager."

"I'm sorry, all of my managers are busy can I help you with something?"

"I would just like to be removed from you list."

She took my phone number.  We'll see what happens.

For the last month or so i get four to five phone call and messages from this company. Yesterday i finally called them back and tried to ask them to stop calling me. I was hung up on six times in a row by different agents. Then today they call again.  So I answer and tell ask them to stop calling again... again i was hung up on.  So far today I have been hung up on four times.  Is there any other number I can call or a website I can leave a message.  I am very irrated at this point and want to speak with someone.

Same unwanted phone calls and hangups when I ask to be removed. They are calling everyday. But the phone number is different 562-223-8818. When I call it back they hang up when I tell them to remove me.

I've been geting calls form the different people saying the same thing. When I cal back, all they do is hang up on me when I say I want to be taken off the list. After calling 9 times, I was finally able to keep a lady on the phone long enough to verify that my number was off. Yeah, I get three or four of these calls a day.  There's different people and different companies, but they all have same script.  I love the part where they pause and try to make it sound like a real message, "Now, I'm calling because we've talked before..."  I think it must be one of those "get rich quick" schemes, and what you buy is a phone number list and this script?

I believe that Erin Lingard called me an F***ing B***h when I asked her to take me off her calling list. We have an unlisted number. My plan is to call these people and leave them hanging for a while whilst I get them the info they need - all false. Someone at work tried this and found it somewhat effective in getting the calls to stop.

Keep getting messages left about reducing my debt. I called the number back to have them remove me from their call list and they hang up on me. I called back and pretended to be interested, she asked my debt amount and I said I'd provide that to the agent, she hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager, they hung up on me.
