this is a toll free number for debt solutions, when they call my grandmother who is a lucky one and doesnt have debts, she will ask for a suporvisor and they hang up. we have requested them not to call anymore on numerous times, she is registered on the do not call registry and is still getting calls.

I continue to get phone calls from this number also and I called and told them to take my name off there list twice and they hung up on me.

I've also received a call from this number. Someone named Margaret from Consumer Relief. She said she talked to me before (we didn't) and mentioned an offer of a $1000 loan for debt reversal. I don't have debt ptoblems.

I have been receiving messages on my office phone from this company for months.  I called them this morning 6 times to ask them not to call and everytime they hung up on me. My message to day was from Margaret who said we spoke previously which is untrue.  Does anyone know how to get them to stop.

I receive a a phone call from this number at least 5 times a week. I have called the number back numerous times and asked to be removed from their list. They hang up. Not once, not twice....but approximately 8 times this morning I called and got hung up on.

I too was called and hung up on since I "had no debt." Aparently I wasn't a prospect, so I returned the favor by calling them back 63 times in a row. It was very gratifying - I thought... hmmm.... since I can't get them to take me off the list, or put me through to a supervisor, I can at least cost them some $$$ by tying up there call center with Bullsh#% calls.

I highly recommend it if you have some spare time in the evening - Just beat em at their own game!

Exactly the same thing mentioned below.....they call several times a week (not one or two...like 6-7....!!) and when you request to get the number off of their list or to speak with a supervisor they hang up...

I had a similar experience as the other people who have posted comments. File a complaint with the FCC. Go to FCC.gov and follow the directions. Very easy to do and maybe we can put these guys out of business.

Its funny- my house number is 866-2597; the idiots that get the message from "margaret" are told to call "866-259-7016" but forget to put the "1" before the 866. So I LITERALLY get 30-40 calls a week from morons looking for Margarete!! I called the company about 10 times asking to talk to a supervisor- I get hung up by the sand-[***] terrorists on the line each time! I have filled a complaint with FTC about this- I am getting harassed non-stop due to this company!

These people are really terrible people.  I hope our government closes them down...just bad bizz practices and preying on weak people.  Terrible.  And when you call, they hang up on you.  They can't be legit.

I just got an unsolicited recording from this (866) 259-7016 number even though we're on the do not call list.

Got a call from this scam operation last week. some guy reading from a script--hilarious. Today, got good 'ol Margaret in her best therapeutic voice who wants to help us and bring our file up to date since "for some reason, we couldn't find just the right plan for you the last time we called." Maybe it's time to call NBC's Dateline folks for a Chris Hanson update on Phone-Scamming Predators! If anyone out there has answers on how to keep these creeps away, please post your solution.
