A guy joe called claiming I had a remaining overdraft fee on an old account. Giving me major attitude when I said now wasn't a good time. Seemed like a scam.

person calls several times a day never leaves a message  is it Acme or Afni speaks very poor English and is rude rude rude.  Even calls me at work.  Need to find a mailing address

call regarding past due credit cards;   we have no past due cards...put their number on reject

The company is called AFNI, american financial something or other...they are a collection agency that handles many accounts including but not limited to direct tv...

I'm getting robo calls from this company informing me that they have a collections process etc. etc.   Our credit score is in the mid 800's and it has been over 35 years since anyone tried to collect a debt from us.  We have also been the victims of identity theft, so a big red flag on this robo call good friends!

Continuous robocalls from this company asking information for a debt, and do not provide who the credertor is.  I have had my phone number for nearly 12 years so I do not know why this company feels they can call, call, call.  I am on the Do-Not-Call list though I am not sure that it helps that much.  

Am filing an FTC complaint on them also

i have been getting calls from them continuously. i put them on the do not call list, but that dont help. i am beginning to believe the do not call list is a figment of everyones imagination as it does not work.

Acme calls my wife's number and says if you are not this person press 4. Problem is we do that and they continue to call. Appointment with Attorney next month. Will see if it stops then

Acme Credit Service----Debt Collector.   Springfield IL  Phone # 217-241-4418.  Calling here for my sons ex wife.   The last call I pressed 4.  If that doesn't work going to call them and give them a piece of my mind!   Bad enough the calls that want to scam us.  Now getting calls for someone that doesn't reside here.

This now makes the 4th AFNI Collections is using to call me all throughout the day, Monday - Friday.  They also use 866-307-0278, 866-716-1273, & 877-504-9897.  They call many times a day and have never left a message.  This new number is about to be "blacklisted" so in the future as soon as they connect with my number, my call blocker will disconnect them.  They are not a legitimate debt collector.  Best advise is to never answer their calls.

The #866-647-0886  is really getting on my last nerve,a no speaking english person from another country keeps calling for someone who my phone does not belong to says he is calling for direct T.V. nd ive got news for direct T.V. they will never get one penny from us because they lie to poeple  so they will sign on with them and promise your bill will never go over a certian amount and then you get a bill for several 100s of dollars and then they want to get these AFNI illigit collection agency calling you at all hours aggravating the h--- out you and tjey arent even a legit company so now i have to pay an attorney to go after them. A long drawn out mess that is worthless,report all calls from this#  please so we can stop them from doing this  sure everybodys fed up with them.
