So sorry to  hear you were scammed, No One.  The problem is that even legitimate numbers can be spoofed.  This IS the number that BOA lists on their website but there's no way of knowing that that's who actually called you. That's why it's a good policy to call the number on your card or the published number if YOU initiate the call.  Many CC companies and banks use third party fraud services but most will tell you to call the number on your card.  Scroll back and read Mike Huntleton's post.  Good information there. I hope you filed a police report and a fraud report with BOA.  Good luck to you.
