It's a time share in Tampa. They sent me a notice to call that nbr with no return address so I blocked my nbr and called

this number was on a letter that was supposed to be from American  Airlines advising that I had won a  competition with them only problem I did not enter a competition.

I received a letter in the mail with this number stating I qualified for 2 round trip airline tickets in the Continental U.S. The heading was US Airlines.

I got the same letter with the envelope address printed using a blue script font (nice "personal" touch) for a form letter.  Mine had the same US Airlines header.  It said that I have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets.  and Certain Restrictions apply (based on someone else's post my bet on the restrictions is to sit through a timeshare presentation).  They also said they'd attempted contacting me several times without success... yeah right!  I'm not calling, cause then they've got your phone # too.  Don't you just wish that noone could ever lie, wouldn't that be so cool?

I got a letter from US Airlines saying that I had qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets. The letter was printed on thin cheap paper and the logo was very bad. I'm definitely not calling that number, it is obviously fraud.

I received a letter in the mail to call and redeem 2 free tickets to anywhere in the US on US Airlines. I am an Air Traffic Controller and assure you that there are no air carriers called US Airlines. This is a scam and should be disregarded! Hope this helps.

I got the same letter from "US Airlines" saying that I had qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets - that I never entered for.  And hmmm, they don't have my phone number so how could they have attempted to reach me or contact me at my brand new address! I agree that the letter was printed on thin cheap paper and the logo was very bad. The whole thing was suspicious.  I'm definitely not calling, it is obviously fraud - why would I want to give them my number!?
