they call from SRG asking Social Security and work this call is scam

Total scam. SRG tries scare tactics to obtain your personal info etc.....they say it's in your best interest to call back begire a judgement is made. Total ripoff. Report them.

Offensive and harrassmant

Sane deal. Say they have a judgement against you.  Attached to your name and ss#. Of course it's fake.  They don't have a leg to stand on.  Sad.

Did not answer. Wish there was some way to stop these annoying calls!

If it was legit you would get a certified letter I would assume.

Do not want them calling me anymore. They are saying they are going to report me if I don’t contact them. They said a petition for judgement.

I returned the missed call. And I asked what it’s regarding and her response “you can be a smart A$$ we will note it on the court docket”. I have no public records or judgements, zero collections, all my accounts are in good standing. TOTAL SCAM and blocked

You don't file a "petition for judgement".  You file a complaint, go through the whole process, win your case, and you get a judgement signed by a real judge.  None of that will happen since they would have to reveal who they are and where they are located.

Same garbage that they serve up on (800) 945-2000. They do not say your name... (generally everyone) "we have tried to contact you Bla Bla Bla that you need to call them right away before they come for you. I am still waiting.

First time I have been BLOCKED BY A SCAM!!!!

States they have repeatedly tried to contact you and serve papers.  Robo call.  Says it is important to your financial well being to call them back.

They hung on on first call when I didn't pick up.  One minute later they called and left this message on voice mail.   "our company has tried on several occasion to contact you. We also attempted to delivery paperwork to you regarding this claim. There will be one more attempt prior to this affecting you financially, your employment or your banking institution. Get back to us at 866-269-1712.  Once again 866-269-1712 or press any number to speak to somebody."  TOTAL HARASSMENT!

Our company has tried on several occasions to contact you. We also attempted to deliver paperwork to you regarding this claim. There will be one more time to part of this affecting you financially through employment and or your banking institution. Contact us at 866-269-1712.
