called my cell phone, a telemarketer?, take 'em to small claims COURT sue them for your cell time, plus court costs, plus 25% interest, plus expenses, plus attorney consultant fees,  a call can cost them $1,000.00

Automated call, left just a number. Called it and it is ACS Sytems, a debt collection agency.  They have harassed me for approximately 8 years now for a debt I never owed on an AT&T internet service I never had. I don't even own/use/have a computer except at work!  I used to try to talk with them & write to them, demanding proof that I owe this money, but they argued with me, never provided proof, AND never stopped harassing me.  I guess I'm stuck getting these calls for the rest of my life!  Since I'm 60 yrs old, I've only got about 25 more years of this!!!

new cell number, so no one has my number, keep getting calls for previous owner, these calls from the 866 269 1729 is so very annoying. they dont say anything on their msgs. but they keep calling. FED UP WITH THESE DANG COLLECTORS OR SCAMS OR WHOEVER THE HECK THEY ARE

I got a call on my cell and checked it here, then called them. I was pleasantly surprised the woman was extremely polite and after discovering she had the wrong number/person she took me off of the list. Just to be sure for all the doubters, be sure to check my other posts and you will see I am not a "plant".

They keep calling for someone names Lewis.  I have told them again and AGAIN that we have had this number for only a few years and no one here names Lewis and to stop calling.  they won't.  such jerks, probably scammers anyway.  reported them to the FCC do not call list violations website.

They phone multiple times of the day and night.  Automated.  I pressed 1 to speak to someone and there was no sound and no one ever came to the phone.  Phoned the number they left and it was a fax machine!   Sooooo annoying!
