This is a collection agency ACS Systems. Call them at this number to get them to remove your number

we are a business, not in collections with this company
they ask for Yulonda, no-one named yulonda works here or ever has....
they still call 1 time per month or so

we've asked to be removed as the contact number for yulanda, but still the calls persist.

please stop harassing businesses  + people

This number calls frequently and I want to know who it is

They call and leave a message saying 'This is not a sales call' or something like that. Then, using call # blocking, I call the number and find they are ACS Collection Agency.

If they will not remove your number from their system, simply use Their phone number whenever you fill out any 'Spam' form for a contest, etc.
Use a phoney name and address, but use ACS's number.
Let's see how They like it. Jerks. Bottomfeeders. making a living of other folks misery. I won't feel sorry for them if they have to change Their phone number!

I've probably received 100 calls from this number since a total [***] [***] at Verizon incorrectly made me change my phone number. I finally called them back and found out it's a collection agency looking for the [***] who formerly had this number, some deadbeat named Ruben Frederick. The woman who took my call sounded intelligent and said she would remove my number from their database. If she does, I will be VERY glad I finally returned their calls. If I get another call from them I will explode.

They are a collection agency that called me on a phone I just got. I called them back, They were looking for the person that had this nunber previously. They say they will remove the number so hopefully they will. It took about 30 seconds to take care of.

I keep getting a call from this number that says" do not hang up, please give us a call a 1-866-269-1730". It never asks for who they want to talk to. My husband called them back the other day they said that they were from Dallas City Hall but I live in Philadelphia.

This is a call from ACS Systems.  Based on my research, they do collections for the Philadelphia Parking Authority and possibly a few other municipal parking/red light ticket agencies. Problem: I don't owe any money on tickets, and the PPA has provided me with documentation proving this fact.  When this 866# calls, it's a recording. For the longest time (at least 3 weeks), I called back about 5 times a day each day they called and was unable to get through to a person - the automated system would put me on hold, music would play, and then the call would disconnect.  If this happens to you, don't give up. Keep calling. Also try calling them back immediately after they call you - I just did that and was able to get through to a person and get my name taken off (they were looking for the guy who had my # before me).

Why does 866-269-1730 continue to call on my office line?

These jerks called me at 6:40 a.m. on a Saturday... Is't that illegal?
