This company goes by Diet Tipz and makes an unauthorized charge of $9.99 to your cell phone. They are spam.

Same scam as the lovegenietips 1-888-725-5643.  It's called cramming, and it's illegal.  Of course, the cell phone companies don't care, because they get a huge cut of the 9.99 you get scammed for.

I got a few TXT from this number "56614" or 1 866 269 3094 no idea who they are but it said i will be billed $9.99 a month ..... normaly I would just ignore it but after looking the number up and reading how many people clame to have been charged and that the phone carrier  wouldnt do anything about it I tried to call the number .... after being on hold for two min while I was reading it said this number was not toll free and the  phone carrier  was gona charge for the time , so I hung up ..... everything basicly said to just reply "stop" and thats all you can do

This company is guilty of cramming, i.e., they charge you for spam texts through your cell phone carrier.  I was told by T-Mobile to call this number (866-269-3094), and that they would give me a timely refund.  This was not true.  The company says that a refund check will be mailed in 3-5 business days, but the refund does not arrive.  T-Mobile requires customers to pay the false charge and then get reimbursed from the scam company.  This is so unfair.  It appears that no one is doing anything to prevent these fake charges.  I have not been reimbursed to date.  Someone commented that the cell phone carrier gets a cut from this illegal charge.  I will probably be changing carriers as a result of this.

I just got the same charge on my bill for $9.99 and told T-Mobile that this is completely illegal and that I gave no one permission to charge my T-Mobile account.  They can not even show on my bill where I was texting by this company. I refused to call Wise Media to request a refund for a charge that I never accepted!  They finally sent me over to Customer Loyalty where the rep agree to refund me $10 and to block the company.  DO NOT accept any less from T-Mobile.  We never opted for this when we signed up for the mobile service.  Wondering where we can report this besides the BBB?

I just made my 3rd call to the refund processing number that is on my T-Mobile bill ... still no check. Since my contract is up with T-Mobile, and seeing that so many other people have been victims of this scam, I plan to switch from T-Mobile just to send them a message. I may also file a complaint with my state's Attorney General's office or Dept of Commerce.

Just spoke with Tmobile and they are very aware of whats going on. They will refund your money asap. they are saying lately they have been getting a lot of complaints about this company, Wise Media LLC. They are scamming a lot of people and there are so many complaints on different sites as well as class action lawsuites.

I wish I had a success story, but I don't.  I called both T-Mobile and Wise multiple times and received no help or a refund from Wise.  The strange thing is that once 60 days elapsed, I learned from both T-Mobile and Wise that my time to ask for a refund expired per their policy.  This is extremely disappointing because I always asked both companies for my money back.  The Wise operator initially responded by saying the could only process a cancellation, and take my contact information for a refund as they were only an answering service and could provide no additional information.

it is funny how once 60 days are up, both T-Mobile and Wise can offer more information.  When I pressed T-Mobile for help since they were the ones that collected the money, their response was to cal the BBB or eat the cost.
