Debt Collector Blatt  -claims to be law office

I have retained an attorney to handle my finances and my husband's also. We are in the process of filing for bankruptcy due to months of lost income last year and most of this year.
This number is repeatedly calling my son's cell phone. He does not need the calls costing him minutes. Our attorney is Mr.McClure of McClure and O'Farrell located at 987 South Creasy Lane, Lafayette IN 47905.

To stop the phone calls, you have to send a CERTIFIED letter to them, telling them to stop calling, and specifically listing every phone number you want them to remove. State that you will only do business with them by mail.

They call everyday now they have  a lien on my checking account.
My husband has Melanoma and is dying I just can not take anymore.  What should I do?.

If they seized your bank account without a court order they are breaking the law.
