Voice Message left "Call for (name of person not living at residence) from ? (unable to understand word) Enviromental Services. Gives callback number 866-289-4593 and reference service number T0180332. When calling back number you are emmediately put on a machine playing music. No one picks up call.

This is collections for Violia, a garbage collection company.  I am not sure if it is actually internal or 3rd party collections.

Call from (866) 289-4593  regarding an account for someone who has never had this number.  This is several calls that I have received and several times that I have contacted the internal rep at Veolia Environmental Waste (garbage collection company) indicating to them that I am not a customer, I do not know anyone with that name, never have, etc.  

The rep has told me this date that the account was noted they had talked to someone at this number but she didn't read the entire note.  Applogized and said again they would no longer call.  They call me multiple times a month however so I doubt this is the last call I get from them.

Advanced Disposal Services....  They have been calling me for years over some account I know nothing about.  I ask to be taken out of their computer - they tell me they will handle and a month later I get another stupid phone call for the same guy.  I've had my phone number for 10 years.... and have NEVER had an account with these people....  annoying they can't even remove a number correctly.... omg....  called at 6:00 during dinner also....
