This is an online rent payment company. I am a customer of theirs.

I received and email for this company and they had the place in Arizona where I own land. I don't rent, so why am I getting emails from this company?

I pay association dues not rent.
Asking me to call them and give them my credit card information. 1 866 289 5977

I ignored them as I have already paid my association fees.

I do NOT rent from these people, or anyone else. Why do I get texts that say, "Pay 525. Service fee 9of $25.95 will apply."????

I just paid my rent fees online in full.  I have no idea why rentpayment.com is calling me.  The other number they used is 866-906-4133.

These appear to be crooks.

This number showed up on my credit card statement. Didn't recognize at first, but it was for damage protection purchased for HomeAway rental

Didn't recognize at first as it was on my CC. I am renting a property through them on HomeAway. This was for Evolve Vacation Rentals it was for my deposit.

Got same text! My phone was set not to receive texts like these at all and then the phone updated last week for the 1st time ever in 7 years and now i'm getting this ? I have the Obama free phone due to my disability. It just did a big update. Now im getting many of these. I believe they did it to add more info of people to sell for marketing reasons.
