Some kind of scam or tele-marking calls. Just ignore or block it.
I also received called around 7:30pm. It was a recording about "your file has been referred to his desk and want to verify some info with you" very general message and did not specific address to me.

Cell phone message from lisa, who said that John Taylor needed to talk to me about a file relating to me that had been referred to his office.

no indication of who he is, or what he does. I deleted message.
