Have called twice in three weeks about student loan repayments, but I don't have any outstanding student loans...

"Julie Taylor" called about changes to  "your federal student loan." No one in our house has any outstanding loans.She left the above number, but caller ID showed she was calling from 785-333-1108.

"Julie Taylor" called about repayment options for federal student loans and left a message on mine and my husband's telephone. Very suspicious. She called from a number labeled 252-594-5365.

Julie left a message about repayment options..... This is fake caller data collection im sure.called from 641-454-9888

I also received a voicemail from Julie Taylor yesterday regarding my student loans and she even gave me a reference number.  I tried calling back the number (866-294-0404) because I'm having issues with my tuition after my university closed mid-semester.  The call kept dropping after one ring.

Yeah Julie Taylor called me and its an obvious scam.

Same as all the other calls except my caller ID showed 9088181793 from Belvedere NJ.  Julie Taylor moves around the area codes.   left ref number 022771

Julie Taylor called about federal student loans. I do not have any loans. Left reference number 022771 as others have mentioned. Told me to call back  866-294-0404 but call came from 731-577-8077. Based on other info left here, this is definitely a scam.

Never answered the phone, but listened to the message.  The caller Id showed a different number than the caller referred too.  The number was supposedly from N. Mexico.  This is possibly a bounced number commonly use by hackers

I had the same experience with a Julie Taylor  in regards to a student loan.  The message was  A recording she left with the reference number 22771  and the phone number 866-2940404.  She seems to be quite the scam artist, I wish someone would nail her.
