I received a debit to my bank account. The charge was not huge but not my purchase none the less. The bank statement indicated this was a purchase from Etsy and toll free number 866-294-3879.

I just got a charge from them today. I didn't buy anything. No one answers their phone number.

I bought 2  pictures, on line, never received them. I reported it the same day to my credit comp, because  I never got a reply  from the seller.  
The credit comp. gave me this Phone number. I also tried to call this number and kept getting a busy tone.  They should put a scam alert on this number. If Possible.

Found a charge on my account for something I did not order. Called my bank and filed a Fraud claim. The bank was unable to contact them as well. The number they are showing is 866-294-3879.

It is very sad when you try to purchase a very personal gift for your grand baby and you never receive it! then to top it all;they drain your checking account! they must be very sick desperate people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you n=know who you are too! bank is almost clear who you are! Sorry you had a bad experience with Etsy!!

I had 5 charges on my credit card from this phone # through etsy. I've never ordered anything from etsy.
