This is Bell Canada's automated harassment line for late payments.  Essentially, it plays a recorded message to the effect that it is not a "sales or marketing" call, and you should phone Bell at your earliest convenience, at a number specified in the call.  

The problem then is that if you don't actually owe Bell any money, they can neither explain why their maching called you, nor guarantee that it will not call again.

This number has been calling me for four months now from two to five times per week.  Four calls to Bell hav (so far) been unable to resolve the issue: the only thing they can tell us is that they don't have reason to call us and they ask us if we're sure it's them calling us.

Get the Telezapper and it will drop the calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
