    I received a call from 866-299-1369 at 8:30AM PDT on June 4.  I did not answer, of course, but the answering machine recorded a hang up.  For some reason, the number of "out of the area" calls we are receiving has grown with many different numbers, many calls from the same number and at any time of the day.  So far, we are not getting them at night.  What's going on and why is the Federal Do Not Call agency addressing the issue. I report virtually all of the calls I receive.
