They called saying that my number was refered to them by Las Cruces Motorsports..

I got a call from the same number stating that they were from CycleSports of Eugene, OR.

I got a call from this company just now, stating that they were calling for a Harley shop I had recently visited. This is a quality control company that various motorsports companies hire to follow up on their customers.

I guess the salesman who I didn't buy the bike from gave my number out to these people and now I am getting random calls. Not liking that, and this Harley shop won't be getting MY business.

I just got a call from this number and it was a call to see if my deal at a harley shop was satisfactory. I liked it. It gave me a chance to tell what a shafting I got on the bike.

To clear up any confusion, We also call the customers that did purchase just to see how that experience was.
We don't randomly call every customer. We call the customers that visited the dealership less than 24 hours ago. If we leave a message, we will call back just once more after a few hours.
The easiest way to not let us call is to just pick up the phone, answer the questions, leave any suggestions, and within 2 minutes, you'll be on your way. That is a good way to make your voice heard and I am sure the dealership would appreciate some good constructive critizism.
