this number was on my checking account with $24.60 taken out of my checking account.  I did not order anything.  When I called the number, they want to send me a $100.00 gift card for Wal-Mart for $1.00;  I tried to ask about the $24.60 being taking out of my checking.  After much co-orsion, I finally gave them my $100.00 gift card for $1.00.  I spent the day trying to find out from them what the $24.60 was for.  on the line with the phone number & amount it says "cusrserv.com.866-299-5787FLDATINGCUSTSERV."  I never could talk to anybody about this.  I am on a very tight budget.  I am 73 years old - on social securty and a widow.  I
do not know the caller company.  I hope you can help me

Go to your bank branch in person and tell them your account is being charged fraudulently.   You'll probably want to close this account and get a new one. Also file reports with the FTC, and FCC, your states attorney generals office.  The bank may want you to also file charges with the local PD as well.

Had the same experience.  How they got this credit card number I do not know.  This is the second time this has happened.  I just tried to call and now the line goes dead.

There was a charge on my bank statement in the amount of 39.99 I called the number and no one can help. Is a datingcustomerserv.com. Can you please help me.

I had $29.99 taken out of my debit card for some "dating customer service" which I did not authorize! When I call 866-299-5787 I am directed to "walmart gift card" which I am not interested in. Once they told me that the # is busy and that is why it is forwarded to the "walmart gift card" site and to call back later. I have been calling 5 days straight and had my debit card on "hold"!

Someone needs to stop it. So many people are getting robbed by this person/company!!!
