I get calls from them occasionally & keep a boat horn near the phone for just such occasions. Talk about ruining the callers day!

Just got a call from 8662997665.  Won't answer question unless you id yourself.......

Collection agency. They are legit.

Insistent person who said his/her name is Howard Springs asking for someone with the same name as my daughter-in-law and left a message to call back to this number.  They would not take 'no' for an answer.

Got a call from Penncro Associates 866-299-7665. Asked me to identify myself before he would tell me anything about the nature of the call or the nature of their business. I refused to answer re my name until they told me something useful about who they were. After a few moments of getting no answers I told them I was hanging up. Then I looked Penncro up online and found out they are a collections firm.
