called twice and can't understand the message but what I can make out sounds like collection on a fictitious account

These people are a bunch of yahoos. What a joke, they must be new to planet earth because they don't have a clue how to speak to people like people. I think the company is a cover up, they really are collecting money to hush all the strippers, and drug dealers from outing them to their significant others. Perfect little cloud they live in doesn't exist outside their big fat FAKE heads of theirs.
I would believe this place was legitimate if the management weren't a bunch of incompetent morons, I am still waiting for follow up from the collection manager. Its so funny how it was urgent I call them back immediately, now I can't get the information I requested. I'll pay my bill but I want them to validate the debt. I know it was paid at Advantage Urgent Care over 2 years ago. I even provided a copy of the cleared check, and still I haven't gotten a response.
Either this place is a joke or they have no idea what they are doing because I can't seem to get an answer from them now. Nobody has returned any of my calls for the past 2 weeks, maybe Ill leave a voicemail telling them that it is urgent they return my call or that it would be in their best interest to return my call. GET IT TOGETHER IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH YOU I THINK YOU AT LEAST NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONES OR RETURN A MSG.

I actually had to deal with Emerald AR the collection company due to an unpaid workmans comp. incident that was ultimately settled... it is a legitimate company

I called them and had a great experience.  I wish more collection agencies were as understanding and easy to work with.  I was able to set up automated payments.  They promised if I did they would not call anymore.  They kept their promise.  Kudos
