I am in Regina and received 2 calls from this number in the last 45 minutes - no message.  Anyone know who this is?

Its from HSBC bank.

This number has been calling me every day for a week and now on Saturday morning starting at 8 AM called 4 times in one hour!  I am tired of answering and getting a message telling me to hold?  Don't call me and put me on hold when I answer!  How RUDE!  I refuse to hold so I hang up, and now sometimes I do not bother to answer.  
If it is HSBC like other people have said then they have NO business calling me, I do not currently do business with them, and I am registered on the "do not call list".
