Affiliated with 877-547-7302.  I received the Happy Birthday solicitation message.
When I pressed the person that answered my return call to 877-547-7302, she gave me this number to their main office.  
The woman that answered the 866-333-4063 number sounded angry that an employee gave me this number.  She admitted that it was the main office of the parent company but still would not disclose the name of either company.  She stated that they did not have access to my information.  But was at a loss when I asked how her office could get the info to contact me if they didn't have access to my information.  She suggested I pass this offer on to someone else.  I suggested that she check the "Do not call list".  She suggested that I contact my county but when I asked why I should contact my county, she said to get on their "Do not mail list".  The call went downhill from there.

Very disturbed by  discrimination on the basis of my country of origin as outlined specifically, in the US Civil Rights Act. In this case, the discrimination does not refer to employment opportunity, but to access to travel opportunities. Was told, following the Happy Birthday solicitation, that I had already won several gifts/awards used as enticements, only to lose them as I am not a US citizen, but have lived here on a green card and have paid all SS taxes for many years. Even if the President himself by phone, had taken the already-given awards away from me, this would not alter the anti-discrimination Acts. Inadequate advertising? Scam? Am considering legal action.It seems there is no such thing as equal opportunity, at least in this case.

Methinks you should actually read the US Civil Rights Act before talking out of your [***] and getting "very disturbed". These promotional offers are for PRIVATE Travel Clubs. Read that again: PRIVATE.

Title II of the US Civil Rights Act specifically excludes PRIVATE clubs from the anti-discrimination law. My advice: get yourself nationalized and you can stop being "very disturbed" as you would now qualify for such promotions.

Just got this call while I was out. Caller ID said "urgent message" with this phone number. Left no urgent message on my answering machine. If I was to get an urgent message, it would be from family and they are all listed on caller ID.

Received a call from 866-333-4063. Automated message informed me that if I wanted to reduce credit card debts I could speak with a representative (no company name was given.) When the representative answered, she asked me if I wanted to reduce credit card debt. When I asked her how she got my number (I am on the national Do Not Call registry) she said "I don't know" and immediately hung up. When I called 866-333-4063 directly, the "This number is no longer in service" response was playing.

After suffering through numerous travel solicitations, debt collectors looking for someone with my last name, a very common last name.....essenitally phishing via telephone...I decided to go buy a call blocker! Wow.....peace and quiet! This number above just called me today and boom, onto the call blocker they went! Look into it folks......these debt collectors are getting way out of heand as are phone solicitations despite being on the national DO NOT CALL LIST...not to mention SURVEYS out the yin yang......unbelievable! Again...my call blcoker does it all and can hold up to 1200 numbers! LOL! Later....
