    I got a call from this number twice on Friday and today. I hung up and they called right back which I thought is illegal. No voicemail left.

    If it is California unemployment I'm not sure why they're calling me. I live in Utah and have never lived in California.

    VoIP call from Direct Recovery Services, or related collections rerouted through a computer service in CA. I belive rerouted through Nebraska, that's where it's located on the US map. Just block them.
