Major fraud. Claiming unpaid taxes, lien against holdings and immediate intent to levy and permanently revoke federal tax refund pension and veterans benefits. None of which is authentic let alone legal.

I received a letter also yesterday.  I sent it to my attorney and she asked me to call and see what they meant by STATE LICENSE being revoked.  I googled the number and I saw your post.  My notice was also dated 4/1/19.  I called and received a message saying no one was available to take my call and I left a message stating that this is in the hands of my attorney and that I am aware that they are a scam.  I already know if someone is going to put a LEVY on you it is sent via certified mail.

I too was sent a letter of intent to levy SSA benefits, garnishments of wages  and bank accounts dated 04/01/2019.   I had planned to call IL IRS Monday.  I looked up the Benefits Suspension Unit of Champaign County on the internet.  No results came up.  I then typed in this number and this blog came up.  I thought and hoped this was a scam.  How are we going to alert the public?  Hopefully, posts like this will help reduce scammers being successful!  Are we on a scammer's list?

Letter: Notice of Intent to Levy Social Security Benefits dated 4/1/2019 stating that $x was due to the State of CA and that it was due by 4/10, but I had to call the number within 15 days. I called and the person that answered hung up on me after I told him that I didn't own CA anything...

Of $102,439. I called 866 338 1276 and a guy who introduced himself as Carol Anderson , accountant , told me he can help me if I pay $1500 and 10% of the amount
he would he would get back for me.
Told me my accountant can not help me, only he could.
Sounded suspicious. Hung up on him and within a few hours I received a call from an unidentified number, a woman repeated the story of my wife’s debt and when I agreed to talk to a “representative” with an Indian accent,he hung up on me when I ask for his name, location and the company he represent.

I received a letter saying “Notice of Intent Levy Social Security Benefits . Amount due $10,202
Due  4/29/2019. Call the number 866-217-5047
It’s a voicemail???????

I don’t own Tax and I get my refund.
Totally Scam
It’s all over US and culprit needs to put in prison .

I called the number and they want to represent me. Offer a flat fee for the service payable by account number or debit card. I hung up.

Jusy got one of their notices in the mail.   Will not provide any information. Thanks for the warning
