Scam. Acts as Monarch Financial Services. Physical address that they use is actually a car repair shop. Called them, and the owner said that they have gotten many phone calls for Monarch. Many lost thousands of dollars. Do not fall for it. Address that they use is 1950 Leslie St., San Mateo, CA 94403

i have actually been a victim of this Monarch financial this is a scam unreal you can still phone this number and these people continue to answer all my call claiming to not be scamming anyone.

I just got took by them.   Brenda Harper and when I call 1-866-338-1953 I get something that says euma prepay.  I’m so stupid

First of all, you should NEVER, EVER have to pay up front for a loan of any type.  That should be your first RED FLAG.  Then, run a google search on their phone number and address and look at what others have said about them, do not trust what they tell you.  If you search the address for these guys at 1950 Leslie St
San Mateo, California 94403 you will see that it is an Automotive Repair Shop.  They also DO NOT have any other locations outside of California, so don't be fooled once more when they tell you they have a Canadian office.  THIS IS A SCAM - BEWARE!!!!!
