this is just like the 866-297-6734 scam. they tell u they are from mastercard trying to give u a gift. do not fall for it! i called the number back it was for essential medical solutions. i called for their website, they put me on hold. said they would check if they had one.

Received call stating they were from Wal-mart.  I had recently contacted walmart about a complaint and I thought this was a return to that call and it ended up being a sales call and they would not let me hang up till I said OK.  I called my visa to have them blocked.  I don't know how they even had my visa number.  Beware of them!
