Claims they are jbs consulting . telling me I had an old sprint bill from 2007. I've never had sprint service. This is all a big scam! They told me if I didn't pay over the phone with my credit cart they would serve me with court papers. I have at least 3 different phone #s that they have called me from so far. This started about 3-4 weeks ago. The last call I got was today....and they are still threatening me with being served! The scary part is that they have my SS #  3 of my previous addresses and my current. My dob...than they started dragging my ex husband into it. How do they get all this info? I want to report them bit don't know who to call

Scam attempt.  It's very easy nowadays to get such personal information due to data breaches, or even if you've filled out a loan application online.  Since they have your SSN, you may want to contact at least one of the three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax or TransUnion) and have them place fraud alerts/freeze your credit).  You can report these losers to the FTC as well as your state's Attorney General.  More information here, at the link from the FTC:

Same thing happened to me, called me in reference of a phone bill from 2003...... said they mailed me info... "nothing we can do for you" after I became "irrate"..lol  Spoke with a "Kennedy" said, send me PHYSICAL DOCUMENTATION, whereas she told me she would see me "court" for a "600.00 balance" I never had the landline phone... but your right, they had ALOT of information.  I even called Verizon... they had no reference to any numbers I have ever had... never did....  they also called my parents house in Florida, Im in NY.. and said this was a lawsuit for a "harrassment case" and they needed to speak with me.  Its funny I applied for a card today 9/15, got approved and all of a sudden.. WHAM... odd calls....  I will be following through on my end to protect myself... they can take me to court for thousands of dollars over "600" I never owed..lol  FIGHT WITH THEM.. it was actually entertaining... :)  They actually couldn't get a word in to even say "pay" lol
