Got a call from an unlisted number saying that I owe a debt and that warrants were being prepared to be delivered at my place of work. Gave me this 866-341-0254 to call and a reference number. They said it was a litigation office. I called and they would not provide the name of the debtor only said it was a contract I had signed and did not uphold. They said to avoid warrants, I needed to provide a credit card number and begin automatic payments. I requested proof of the debt and said that they do not do any outgoing mail and cannot provide that. Then they said they cannot provide evidence to the person being pursued. I asked again and they still maintained I owed a debt and if I did not make an immediate payment and set up auto pay with a valid card, I'd be pursued by the law, court system, and issued a warrant for arrest. It is against the law to withhold proof of a debt, so I think this company is fairly shady. I welcome a day in court to request proof of the debt, since I do NOT owe anything.

they left a message on my phone saying the same thing as the person said but I do know that I keep track of my credit report and I don't owe them who ever they are 866-241-0254
