Got a call

This is some sort of payday loan place that collects on loans if you didn't pay it back. I got a call last week, I had already paid for the loan but they are still contacting me....

I am 99% sure this is a scam. They constantly call me asking for someone (who is not me) and I repeatedly I have asked them to remove me from their call list, and when I ask to speak to their supervisor they hang up the phone. In fact, last time, the guy started yelling at me - there is NO way this is a professional company.

Left message asking to call them back, was cut off so all I heard was their number

Got a missed call & VM from this number, said they were calling in regards to a pending legal matter attached to my name and SSN. Didn't say his name or where he was calling from.. Didn't mention my name either.

This is a scam!!! They wouldn't give me any information wanted me to pay them for a loan but couldn't tell me anything about it.

I received the exact same call. Did not call them back.

I just received the same exact call myself,

A man stating his name was William Bailey called stating that he was from a lawyers office and a claim had been made from a payday loan.  I stated to him that I was on bankruptcy and he stated to have my lawyer call him.  I called him back and asked did he need my lawyer or the bankruptcy case number. He stated that he needed the case number.  I stated to him I would get the number from home when I went to lunch.  When I called back, a man said that I was all set without allowing me to give my case number and hung up. When I attempted to call back a couple of time, I was disconnected both times.

Ya, got the exact same call today, you just verified that this was a scam.

They won't stop calling me harrasing  me over and over. I have alot of grief in my life very stressful the people at this number a threatening and harrasing  want it to stop please

They just contacted me and said they will serve me with court papers did they server you ?

got a vm that said there is a legal matter on my name and social, and when someone called back, they had my name. where do they get this info and phone numbers.
