Scam. Called for someone who doesn't live at our location. Interested Google search on them reveals the level of their questionable tactics.

I received a call from 866-341-4498 at my residence. The caller identified the call being from an attorney's office. They asked for someone who I have never heard of and provided case #44494994. I have received calls on both my cellular phone and home phone from individuals identifying themself as attorneys, student loan debts and even the IRS. I have notified both the do not call registry and the IRS to make complaints. I have blocked at least 30 numbers on my cellular phone but the calls continue to come at record pace. It is ridiculous.

We are getting these calls multiple times a day. This is ridiculous!!

Phone message from "law firm" regarding a case against a family member who does not currently live in the US.  I assist with some refugees, and this type of scam makes my blood boil, because who falls for this?  Refugees, elderly, people still on drugs after outpatient surgery, people like that.  The most vulnerable in the population!  I wish there was a way to find the perp.

I got this call rom this place looking for my 86 yr old mother who is very ill they represented themselves as lee county circuit court when I returned the call it was an attorney collector office

Called back the number.  It was a collection agency.  My name matches someone from Florida.  But, they were looking for someone significantly older.  They said they removed my number from their list.  Just have to wait and see....

I received this call from the exact same number. Woke me up. I have never had a call from this number before that is why I decided to google the number. These scam calls need to stop!

I got calls from this number, which I did not answer. I later get a letter in the mail with this number printed as their contact number, stating that they are a law group trying to collect a debt from an unpaid red light ticket back in 2016. The letter does not provide what car I was driving, tag number, or intersection. I called the DMV for my county as well as the clerk of court, they were able to look up the red light ticket, which I did have on the same date that this company is claiming, but they said it was paid back in 2016 and I have no points on my license or any outstanding debts. I called this 866 number and they can't even find my case number that they provided for me in the letter. This is a total scam. DO NOT pay any money to this "attorney group".

I received a letter from someone who claims to be a law firm who is using the name of Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP. Stating we owe court fees.

Been getting calls regular from this same number. Asking about someone who did not live here. Told them he was deceased and they wanted to know date of birth. Told them I didn't know. Would not told if I had. Now asking for a different name. They said they have it took off. We will see.

Got the call as well didn't answer ,they left a voice mail with a ref. Number I'm not calling bk already looked up the number I have nothing outstanding clearly it shows they are some kind of fake debt collector

Nope, they are not a "fake debt collector".  They are Texas attorneys that specialize in collecting municipal debt, fines, tickets, taxes, etc. for different cities, counties, and states.  They love to file court cases and love to make sure that you don't know about the case so that you could defend.  Ignore at your own risk as this is not covered under either Federal or State Collection Laws.

Just got a text message from this number saying I need to contact them immediately, but the name on it is Lori Brown and I don't know any lori. It has a number #M4281439. Also I've never had an attorney.

I got a text from 866-924-5299 looking for my mom then gave her name and the 866-341-4498 number to call with #M4281772 on it.. I haven't responded to the text nor called the number.. I looked it up an guess it's some type of scam from what I've read..
