calling daily for a name not in our family ??

Meridian Recovery Solutions...Debt Collectors

They left a message threatning me, saying they have consent to proceed against me. They leave the Number to call them back (866)341-5480, they leave a case number. When I return the call a voice mail comes up saying I've called Meridian Recovery Solutions.

Falsely portray themselves as appointed my county .Illegally representing themselves as official from local county court for person not related top me on phone

Called and said that they have been given the go ahead to file a suit ainst me, said to call this number with this case number (601822) to arrange for litagation, call came from California and could not be connected when i called it back. They had my wife's first name when I called and gave me a wrong last name, I would not tell them what our last name is, didn't like that much.
