left voicemail saying "This message is intended for "name of 88 year old mom" My name is Itzel and I'm calling in regard to a complaint scheduled to be filed out of "name of county" the file number when calling is 1891494. If you will not able available to receive and sign for the legal documents to our current residence or place of employment, you will need to contact the issuing office.  The phone number is 864-341-5704.  Now it is urgent that they do speak with you today or they will be forced to move forward without your participation or consent. You have been notified."

Got the same call as above just now. First one like this. They have my name and address but that doesn't matter. Sounds like a person. At the end there's a little clearing of the throat. I have no unpaid debts so I have no idea who would be looking for.me. I do know, there have been some acct breaches and so I think that's where these people get their information..

They just called me with a message for my daughter stating the same thing. I called them back, and they would not repeat who they were and hung up on me.

They called everyone related to me and demand I call them back.

These people have called me and all my family members to supposedly get me to be home to sign legal papers.  I don't owe anyone and they wouldn't say who they were, so I'm assuming someone hacked my info.

My family got the same exact vmail today!  Called everyone to tell them its a scam.

So far 4 family members got the same message.  I'm telling everyone I know that it's a scam, especially my elderly parents!

Got the same call.  The call was from 724-262-3196 and 724-262-3918 telling me to call this 866-341-5704 number.  I have no debts or issues so I've been patiently waiting for the documents to arrive, which I know will never happen.  This is an old scam
