    Got a call from this number on my Tracfone, looking for the deadbeat who previously had my number. When I told the lady that he no longer had the number and they needed to remove it from their rolls, I was told that they don't "need" to do anything and I should pay my bills (obviously she didn't believe that I wasn't who she was trying to reach). I looked up this number and it belongs to a company called Allied Interstate, a bill collection service with a really bad reputation for harassing collection practices.
