FYI that is an automatic dialer calling for KIA, if no rep. is available to talk the call goes into a hold pattern for a rep. They are not allowed to keep calling a cell phone repeatedly by collection laws, you have to tell them it is a cell and they must stop. I was getting threatening calls even after the payment was made! they MUST immediately ID themselves before you give any info. Also, the call center rep is reading from a script of quesitons to ask, including where the vehicle is garaged.  Refer to the      Fair Debt Collection Practices Act that is available online.

I've been getting about 4-6 calls from this number every day. Searching it reveal it is one of the official numbers they offer on the Kia website for their financing department. I called them back, pressed 0 to get customer service, and the pressed 1 because there was no way to get past that menu branch without making a choice. I spoke to a representative in financing and told them that I do not, nor never have had, an account with Kia. She was gracious and took down my name and the phone number, locating the number in the system and requesting that it no longer be called in association with that account.

Update: I've gotten three calls from this number just this morning. I will be calling them back and reaming whoever answers.

Soliciting Phone Calls several times a day!!!

They claim to represent KIA , trying to solicit you with services and sales.
After numerous calls i just placed them in my auto block mode on phone

This is the REAL number for Kia Customer service. A simple Google search will tell you that, as it is the first listing that comes up via search. They keep calling me, but leaving no message. I do have an account with them that is a little past due, so I assume that's why they're calling. Luckily they'll be paid tomorrow, so hopefully they'll stop calling me at work every 30 minutes.

Sure, the number LOOKS legit, per the search and the KIA sites. But I still wonder if it's a spoof, since there would be no reason to call our company's main number, SEVERAL times a day (sometimes the calls are only 5 to 10 minutes apart) and then just leave the phone on hold so that whoever answers on our end hears no response. Putting an *incoming* call on hold, after giving the recorded message that "all reps are busy, your call will be answered by the next available associate" or whatever is understandable. But *making* a call, whether for the purpose selling something, collecting a debt, or whatever, accomplishes nothing if the responder doesn't hear anything, or no message is left.

We have no idea why our company was targeted for these calls, which just started this week. VERY annoying!

They call and call and call but NEVER leave a message. I spoke with someone last month concerning the account I am a CO-signer on and informed them, which seemed to be collections company but said they were Kia Finance, that the payment wasn't late, it wasn't even DUE yet!!  So someone in Kia isn't talking to someone in some kind of collections dept. When I actually called Kia, everything was fine and they had NO IDEA why anyone was calling me and especially since I am the CO-signer...

every week i get a call from this number about 2-3 calls per day. i have labelled this number to unwanted calls, and i get that i missed this person call.

This number calls me every hour,  starting at 8am even on the weekends they call.

This is actually Kia Finance.  I made a mistake and entered the wrong date on my bill pay so my payment was late.  They called.  I didn't answer but checked here and saw Kia.  It made me question why they were calling me since I did have a vehicle that was a Kia.  Sure enough when I checked my bill pay I had overlooked paying this month.  I called the number back and got an automated service that had my correct billing information.  I spoke to a representative and she was super nice.  I told her my mistake and she said no problem....  In any case, those of you wondering if this is actually Kia it is.    If your getting calls from this number and you don't have a kia... I would probably answer and tell them wrong number.  If you do have a kia and you don't want to pay your bill then keep ignoring it.... and one day your kia will be missing from your driveway.... just sayin.

This number is legitimately KIA Finance customer service.  I bought a new KIA last month and they were just calling me back about issue of the auto draft not working for the first payment even if you set it up weeks ahead of time.  No big deal and not some overseas fraud.

Called on Thanksgiving, early this Sunday morning, when only a few days late, they'll get their loot, they don't think I know I'm a little late? Regret financing with them!!

This is harassment.  I owe nothing. They don't speak, they don't leave a message

They call no less than 3 times a day, no answer and no messages.  If this is Kia, then why are they being so shady?  My account is current and has been for 4+ year, so I have no idea why they are calling.

I called them on Fri to say I was making the payment on Mon...they said call back Mon....they called my OFFICE on Sun twice...unnec harrassment.

Continous calls...non stop. Unable to understand them. Do not declair who they are.
