this is a group called United Airways offering two airplane tickets if you call the number.

In my case United Airways (Lea Kale, Vice President) sent me a letter indicating they have attempted to contact me several times, but never indicating how they tried.  The letter stated I had "qualified" for an award of two airline tickets and that I should call 1-866-349-0967.

I also received the same letter from United Airways (Lea Kale, Vice President) which stated I had "qualified" for an award of two airline tickets and that I should call 1-866-349-0967.

looks like a scam to me.

it's an attempt to try and get information from you or get you to attend a time-share/vacation club presentation. For starters there is no such airline out there named "United Airways".  There is absolutely no contact information (address, phone number, email) for the company or VP Lea Kale other than an 866 number.  Scam - beware.
