Received call from 866-349-0159 but when I listened to the voicemail left on my cell phone they left the call back  number of 866-349-0984.  An obvious recording, telling me he is responding to the application I submitted online.  I did not submit an application online.  Total cold call.  Has called several times.

There are several reasons that my may have been called. If you were looking for info on a loan modification for you home loan and submitted it thru an online form then you would receive a call.
Along with loan modification, we also offer a debt relief program that a customer may also inquire about online. When filling out the forms, it does say at the bottom of the screen that you may receive calls from at least 3 different vendors.
We do NOT use automated recordings. Real people are calling. If you are not interested in the program, call the number back and asked to be placed on the 'do not contact' list and you will not be called

Dishonest "Loan Modification Experts".  Would not tell me how they got my name and number.  I never filled out any time of form for anyone.  Also asked "Amber" for her last name.  To which she promptly hung up.  I called back to which I was told Amber was busy and then this person hungup.  A scam in its finest form.  Rude people who are obviously hiding their true identity to avoid prosecution.
