    a mortgage company i think ... pre-recorded message ... cost me a quarter on my cell phone plan ... should have hung on longer but was thinking about the 25 cents/minute instead of concentrating on the message ... shouldn't have received the call as my cell phone number is registered w/ donotcall.gov ... filed complaint

    A lady by the name of Valeria Cooper called me from this #1-866-349-6049 and then  this one 801-850-5800 she said that for $2500 she can get my Mortgage loan lower and then she asked me for my loan # e-mail and other persoal stuff , is this company legal ? please help with this answer
