scam call says they are chase bank wanting to talk about your acct

They say they're from Chase collections. I called the main Chase number and the rep said they are scammers. Don't give out info.

I have that number blocked so it goes straight to voicemail and they leave a number say that they are chase. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION IT IS A SCAM.

Yep, received a voicemail from 614-890-1025 stating that they were Chase bank and to call 866-351-0119.  Thank you for the info!

Same as above.  They call from a number I have blocked and gave a number claiming to be Chase. DO NOT CALL THEM

Same here. I get 1-2 calls/Voicemails per day from them. You can tell it’s fake too because of the hours they give in the voicemail, they say they’re open 8-midnight Monday thru Friday, Saturday 8-8, and Sunday 9-9. That alone is fishy to me. I’ve called Chase to confirm both the number they call from 614-890-1025 and the callback number 866-351-0119 and Chase said neither of those numbers is associated with Chase. Do not give them any info. I answered one time and they asked when I was going to bring one of my accounts current as I was overdrawn. Their information was correct I just don’t know how they have access to my account balances

This appears to be a scam.  I called back and my gut said hang up.  SCAM!

Same as everyone else. I've been getting these calls since last August. I called them back once. Stating that I don't have a chase account. They asked if anyone else in my house did. I told them yes & they wanted their name & info. I refused to tell them and politely asked to have number taken off whatever list they had. They said they would. Yet, they still call. The call count is still the same, couple times a month, but the voicemails have become less frequent. Just block them.

The voice mail left said they were from Chase, said to call 866-351-01198 but the call came from 210-520-1454. I did have a Chase account at one point but do not owe anything and did not call back.

They gave this number and also called on 210-520-1454 - I did call back and they said they were Chase, but then wanted my account number and full name so they could “pull up my account “ I haven’t had an account with Chase in 4 years and had no balance when I closed the account. I think it’s a scam

I called 866.351.0119 and fell for their scam and gave them my info. After being suspicious after I hung up I called the chase bank number I've called before and they confirmed this number  OS NOT CHASE BANK. I have cancelled all accounts and may even go to another bank.

Be very careful I heard from a ROBOT and why these guys are not arrested is beyond me!

Called chase directly to ask about the number. The rep said it’s not from chase. If it were, they’d  say to call the number on the back of your card or to log into your account online. It’s a scam.

Received a call from 210-520-1454 and a voicemail said they were from Chase Bank and to call them back at 866-351-0119.  I was suspicious of the numbers so I called Chase Bank directly at the number on the back of the card and had the Chase Rep check and neither of these numbers are from Chase Bank.  Also, 614-890-1025 is not a Chase number either, she did check that one also.  All SCAM numbers.

It is not a Chase Bank number.  I received a call also so I called Chase Bank at the number on the back of my card and she checked and said it is NOT a Chase Bank number.  More SCAMMERS

Hello there ! They said literally the same thing to me. My account was also overdrawn so I thought it was actually them but I wonder how they had my info ?? I never even gave it to them if they are a scam. Did you end up figuring that out ?

866-351-0119 actual number calling ‭+1 (210) 520-0457‬ for past 3 weeks and others from Texas ...not chase ...fake .
