Same here - Jennifer Miller calls couple times a week and leaves a message wanting to talk about repayment options for student loans. She leaves the same reference number 303309. Never leaves a company name, whose loan she's calling about which tells it's likely a scam. We've never returned the call. After reading all the other posts, it's time to block the number!- Caller: scam student loans

- Michelle| 3 repliesI had a call this morning from Brenda Miller wanting to talk to me about the recent changes to Federal student loans. She left me the same reference number as above, 303309. I never called back but it's a scam as I don't have Federal student loans

- CatherineBrenda Miller also left a message for me about payment options for my Federal Student Loans. I do have them, but I thought to check my loan provider website for alerts or messages there and I have none and my loans are in good standing, so no one should be calling me about anything about my student loans. I did not return the call, and I checked the internet for similar instances to mine and here they are. It's a scam.

- Farrah replies to Lauren| 1 replyI just got the same call from Brenda Miller. I do have student loans but with the same reference number....Ya no. AND she doesn't say what company she is with. Gotta be a scam.
- Lindsay replies to MichelleExact same message I just listened too. Knew it was a scam since she didn’t leave what business she was from.
- RLN replies to MichelleI have had the same caller (Brenda) well over 30x within the last 6 or 7 months. I knew something was up as no company is ever left and I tried calling the number that rang me and nothing. So I blocked them, probably 15 to 20 times. I decided to call the number back today and the man who answered said Brenda is a scheduler and he is the one I needed to deal with. I asked if he was with the federal government and he said no. I already knew this also as my loan is dealt with, so why you calling me. Then got crappy with me. Needless to say I am making a complaint with the FTC.
- RLN| 1 replyNumerous calls from this number. I have blocked this number 30+ times and they continue to call. Call from a local number or a number they do not provide on voice message and this number is always dead, just beeps.

- JessSame experience as many others, Brenda Miller called with ref# 033309. I did call back, and the guy that answered started talking about how they could help me apply for programs to help pay back my student loans. I told them I'm capable of handing that on my own and to remove my number from their list. After repeating this a few times each time he tried to restart his spiel, he thanked me for my time and ended the call. I'm sure I'll hear from them again, but figured I'd give it a shot.

- GinaI got the same call from Brenda Miller. I was thinking it seemed like a bogus call. Then I noticed my caller ID showed the call came from 301-691-5737. I called both numbers. I got a busy then disconnect on 866-351-2332. On the 301-691-5737 it is constantly busy. Ref# is 033309.

- Steph replies to FarrahI just got the call now. My student loans are already set up on a plan. And my provider would tell me via website if different. Same thing. Brenda Miller and same number. No thank you.
- DebGlad I checked this and yes its a scam. Brenda Miller about my federal student loans and repayment options same reference #. I have no loans. I graduated in 1981, everything I owed has long since been paid. They need to get a real job!!
- BekahI got a call from Brenda Miller today about new regulations on federal student loans, etc. She left the number 866-351-2332 and Ref # 033309. I called back and had to choose between options of (1) current student, (2) having loans under $10K, and (3) having loans over $10K. I selected loans under 10K and was told I don't qualify. I called back and selected loans over $10K and talked to a lady. She said Brenda was a scheduler or something from a call center. After talking for a few minutes I got the name of her company, Documents Done Right located in Las Vegas. That seems like an actual company you can see on the Google, but seems to be mixed reviews on how helpful they are, many saying they are a scam. Anyway, I have no loans, but was curious what their deal was.
