Who is calling? They left no message.

APEX a Credit or Collection Company for me its for Wells Fargo Credit Card

Calls and leaves message that it is imperitive that I call back.  
The message is lef before 8:00 AM which is not allowed. Collectors cannot call before 8:30 or 9:00 AM.  I used to work Collections and they cannot call before then.  If this is a law firm they should know this.

This person called and left the following message:

Hello I am SARA and am calling for "INSERT BROTHERS NAME" and from APEX and it is imperative that you call me back TODAY. The number is 866-351-3064 and my direct extension is 1175.

My brother does not even live with me, or HAS ever lived with me since I moved out of the house. Is this LEGAL?

Oh well, if they continue to call I will attempt to get more info.

called me with unknown on my id on my cell.  asked if this was me on the line and then said it was from apex. then hung up. i couldnt call back. her voice sounded mexican.

This person called me, some of my family members and my neighbors and left the following message:

Hello I am SARA and am calling for " " from APEX Financial and it is imperative that you call me back TODAY. The number is 866-351-3064 and my direct extension is 1175.

I tried calling them back and got hung up on.

The person that they are calling for does not live with me, nor any of my family members or neighbors.  Is this LEGAL?

If you used to work collections or know anything about the FDCPA the law states collectors can call between 8am and 9pm.  Before you go blabbing about the law you should really know what your talking about.

I heard that these are people that are in prison. They are given personal information from collection agency and have prison labor call to collect.
