Clearly a scam.  These bloodsuckers still hope to fool us.

Called my cell phone today at 3pm and someone named "Rocky" said he wanted to send a fax. It's 2017 no one "sends a fax" anymore. Either you got my address or you don't, ROCKY!
Anyway I'm not calling the # back & I also blocked it. Rocky and his "fax" can go scratch.

Not sure where you got your information but plenty of people still send faxes. I myself send and receive faxes daily at work.
