Charged my Visa card $9.95 always busy WTE?

charged my visa 9.95 for id security...never had any conversation with them....some sort of scam,reported them to BOA and Feds

had the same number charge my account $9.95 also what do i do

didn't receive a call but charge my card 9.95

I got hit on 4 seperate charges!!  Those [***] need to be FUBAR'D ! ! !

$1.00, $11.95, $4.95 and $9.95

Luckly my Credit Union cancelled my card, refunded the charges and is shipping me a new card out asap.

I finally got through to 5 seperate numbers and was able to reverese charges.  These stem from looking at grant programs promising you government money (I was) but was never told the two $1.00 charges were for the fraud protection ( !!! )program to prevent unwanted theft and charges...go figure

Unfortunately, I was also victim to this!  I was charged $1 on my debit card when my husband ordered a "Google Success Kit". Then I was charged $11.95 two times, it was unauthorized. He called and had them cancel it and they credited my card back for both charges.  Then all of a sudden, I was getting charges for $9.95 for the past three months from "Identity Security" and charges of $4.95 from "Fraud Protection" as well as foreign transaction fee for less than a dollar. Now I'm filing a claim through my bank and need to have a new debit card issued and handle all of the paperwork. What a pain!

Call that number and tell them you did not authorize the charge. Tell them that you want a refund and cancelation ref. #. If they refuse, state that you intend to contact your state attorney general about the matter. They will refund your money once they hear this, At least they did for me. Get the person's name whom you are speaking with and a confirmation #.  Most likely, they will charge your account again, so don't lose this information.

Thank you chattykathy.  I finally got through on the third number and got the account canceled.  They won't refund any of the charges.  I told them they should be sued for false charges and false representations.  I hope someont will do it.  You will have to find out their address and exact company name.  Then take them to court and get them busted.

I have been dealing with this all day. this is what i found out my wife signed up for the Google Success kit for a dollar. hidden in the Term's that you have to click on "I Agree" is a trial of Identiedy Security and Fraud Protection if you dont cancel withen a week you will start getting charged for there services and not just one there are a couple hidden in there. well they will let you cancel after you relize you are getting charged but they wont refund your money they say they have done nothing Illeagel, i wonder how many Millions they are making, they dont even send the kit they refund that Dollar. Well i have done some Research they say they are doing nothing Illegal Oh but they are I talked with Google today these people are selling something named the Google Success Kit and IT IS NOT FROM GOOGLE. Google told me they are no way connected with Google and are Frauduantly (please escuse all my spelling mistakes)using Googles name and they are trying to get it removed they told me to contact the police and the bank. well i am but i want to hurt them now so i was thinking a class action law suit. WHO WANTS IN please E-Mail me and put in the subject Class Action so i dont delete my name is Robert Rowell and i am a Soldier in the US Army and i am tired of getting ripped off. anyway E-mail at ClassActionLawsuitGoogleSuccess@yahoo.com i promise i will not sell or distribute your E-Mail to anyone i will only give it to a Lawyer when i find one willing to make some money off these people.

Supposedly a one time 1.00 charge ended up I have been charged now 2months in a row 29.95 on my credit card. These people are rooked all the way. I called and go a cancellation number and everything and they still keep charging the acct. Beware and keep checking your bank acct regularly for false charges.

Thank you so much, I was looking at a facebook ad about money grants from the government. This explains everything. What I would like to add, however, is that they are out-of-country based on a fee per each charge they made on my account. This may make it difficult to track and/or persecute them. Thanks again.

I thought this was cancelled when I called last month to cancel it.  Another charge came out of my account yesterday. I called the 3rd # on the list and got through really quickly.  This time I took done the cancellation # but they would not reverse the charges.  Thanks for the help :)

This company is Credit Report America.  They refuse to give an address, a web site address or other contact information.  They DO NOT cancel your subscription when you call.  They will continue to charge your account.  It comes from requesting a "free" credit report online, and they automatically sign you up for fraud protection, as stated in the fine print.

Get a cancellation number from them.  Note the date, time and name of the person you spoke with.  Call your bank and stop payment on them if necessary.

They are rude, unhelpful and do NOT note that you called and spoke to an agent in the past.

i was told that it was because i applied to be approved for govt granted loans and they had my account info and were charging me every month. just call the number and cancel it.
