Calls our business harassing our employees to purchase items we dont' want.  Then sends us bills in the mail for stuff we didn't order.

These folks called while I was managing one morning, asking to confirm our address. When they started probing with other questions, I asked them who they were. The rep ended with "I'll call you back." She never did.

Flash forward to a couple weeks later when we received a package in the mail, addressed to ME. It contained a thermal paper and some credit swipe cleaners. The bill came to $309 for crap I never ordered in the first place. They started sending a new invoice every 30 days, and finally sent a letter of dispute. Meanwhile, I made several attempts to contact NRS and clear up the situation.

Today, I talked to "Alex" in the collections department, whom I asked to go find the recording of the initial phone call. He called back several hours later, apologizing profusely because when he listened to the recording, he discovered the truth.

Shocking, I know.

But after apologizing, he said that if we sent a check for $50, we'd be even...

WHAT???

I finally coerced him into sending us an invoice with a zero balance. But what a colossal waste of my time!

Long story short: Shady company. Sheisty tactics. Do NOT do business with these people. And if someone calls your business asking to confirm your address, do yourself a favor and HANG UP.

One of my employees got a call and was asked to confirm the size of our printer paper. They said that the manager called an order in. The person on the phone then asked the name of my employee. A few days later I recieved  box in the mail with printer paper that I did not order.
Good luck getting any money out of me.

They are still at it. How do the get their info? I ended up talkin to the supervisor of customer service to get any results.

I just got off the phone with these people. Have been arguing with them the last few weeks. Saying we ordered paper in May. We never. Trying to send the remaining order. Anyways after arguing with a couple of different gentlemen. (If that's what they are called). He hung up on me. I had told them my boss didn't want them calling anymore and 2 minutes later another guy called.

The last time I spoke to these people they told me that my wife had authorized
A check payment and that we still had half of a prepaid order of till tape.
I told them that I wanted nothing to do with them and to quit phoning
My business. Now I have received more till tape and a pack of cleaners
That I do not want, now they are sending statements that we owe them, how
can this be 3 times they sent something. Can not send it back!!!
