called my cell; robocall obviously because the message started as soon as my voicemail message began so only received a portion of the message telling me to call this number immediately.

For the last month or so I keep getting a call from this number asking for a Travis Walker. It's some sort of a legal collection of some sort. I blocked the number for the third time. I don't know how many lines they have with different numbers so I guess I will have to keep blocking. I called them back one time and told them this number does not belong to a Walker for over6 months at least because that was when I got this phone number. They said they would remove my number but apparently they lie.

Debt collection company left a voicemail from a recorded male voice saying important paperwork had been received at their office for "Michelle" (not my name) at their office and to call back or press one now.

Robo call stating to call with URGENT matter.  Call was not for us. Called back the number and the man that answered (after about 20 rings) was rude.  Said the company was Cardinal.

These people are nuts!  They've called me on and off for the past 6 years.  I changed my cell phone and they manage to find me.  They claim to be Cardinal "legal processing" and are attempting to collect on a PAYDAY LOAN!  A loan they claim I took out in 2011.  Seriously?  It's a scam and I have gotten so many from so many different numbers.  I used to get really angry but, over the years, I let them drone on, harass and try to intimidate or GUILT me into giving them money for this phantom debt.  On days I'm bored, the calls are entertaining.  I NEVER confirm personal information nor to I give them any.  The scary thing is this group sounds like the man next door and has no accent.  They are ruthless and have managed to contact my mom.  My tiny little 83 year old mom whose primary language is not English.  She's a funny one and has even managed to wail uncontrollably telling them she doesn't know who they are talking about but that poor poor girl.  She had them going one day for 30 minutes before the man at the end finally relented and told her he wouldn't call her back.  They didn't.
