It is a scam! Do not fall for it. they use scare tactics to try to collect on that's from payday loans. In most cases the payday loans within the states were legal at the time do the interest rates. nether the less, in most cases the contracts could not be supported legally in your state.

I apologize. That is supposed to have read it illegal in your state. in most cases their contracts cannot be supported by law

if you are contacted again, ask them to send you by mail their information. Also tried to get a fax number and address so you can submit a cease and desist order. Under the FDCPA, they have to provide you with the information. this company is notorious for refusing to do so. there is no company involved in collections in the United States that does not have to follow the FDCPA.

Why are you phishing for information?  What information could you possibly have that couldn't be posted here?  You claim to know who this company is but you failed to include it in your post.  Sorry, no one is going to e mail you, and your posts have been reported for deletion.

If someone has legal documentation would they call to advise you of this. I think not. They would try to catch you off guard. Also as far as I'm concerned if someone calls me with the message and won't tell me who the so called client is then just keep calling there's no one home.
