Calls repeatedly looking for John West (not me, same as above entry).
Automated message states this is a collection

I periodically get these calls referencing debts owed by a person who has a similar name.

They leave a threatening message on my answering machine,

Earlier, when pressed, I was promised a fax of the check I allegedly owed and no fax ever arrived.

I tried reasoning with these peoplel. I tried rants.

One caller had difficulty pronouncing "Lombard," so that's indicative of their intelligence.

They have called twice now looking for someone else. They are rude and apparently don't take a hint.
