there is continuously leaving message once a day with a robocall in recent days. message is about some one else with a debt, to there LCC company.  2008 Nov 5th.

I got the same robocall from 240-210-7058 on my cell for someone else with the same last name as me (which is a really common name) to return the call to the 866 number listed above. I called them back to tell them they had the wrong number and was asked for my name and the last 4 digits of my social. I told the rep that I would disclose that information as it is confidential and the person they are seeking is not at this number and to please remove my number from their call list.
They are Pentagroup Financial LLC.

I have been receiving calls from this number at work.  I would call the number back to be cut off with a this number has been disconnected message. They usually call at night and there is an auto message.  December 1 I received the call at approximately 10:00 AM CST.  The guy was nice telling me he was collecting a debt for Dell Financial Services...they did this in 2004 to me as well in regard to a computer I paid off in 2001.  He said how interesting because he had been hearing that same story from at least six other people he spoke with.  I told him I didn't pay it then and I won't now because it is bogus.  He said he would have to take that as a refusal to pay and I could talk to his supervisor.  I told him never mind and hung up.  Not 30 seconds later I get a call on my cell from a mouthy pushy broad.  She had my last four digits of my soc# and my cell number, which I am now figuring out they probably got when I tried to call thier number?  Not sure.  So what can be done to these crooks?

I have been receiving calls from Unknown caller stating they are a collection agency attempting to collect a debt and any information they can get.  The reference a # 19886679 I should use.  I have not called back and I do not own any debts.  I don't want to call the agency but would like to find out who the debt collection agency is.  The are robocalls and I suppose that a live person will get on phone once I call and use the reference #.   The calls come 3 times a day.   Thank you

Very untrue because it is against FDCPA for any one to call your house at 10 pm at night it is always 8-9 consumer time. And another thing I worked for Pentagroup LLC in Houston, Texas and they don’t work until 10 pm only to 9 pm.
